Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- ¾ ounce fresh lime, juice
- 1½ ounces oolong ginger tea
- 1 ounce simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar melts, then allowed to cool)
- 2 ounces Bulleit rye whiskey
Instructions
Heat water to 190 degrees. Steep tea for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, remove tea and allow to cool to room temperature.
Add all ingredients to shaker, starting with lime juice and ending with the whiskey. Shake well with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with lime wedge
