Green Spiced Coconut Chia Pudding

Combined all ingredients together in a glass container, mix well and cover (mason jars work perfectly). Refrigerate overnight. When the pudding is the desired texture, add any fresh seasonal (or frozen) fruit, jam, chopped nuts, or dried fruit you'd like and you're ready to go.
