Lee Kalpakis

Lee Kalpakis was born into a restaurant family in upstate New York. Raised in the Hudson Valley, she was cooking, baking, and gardening since before she can remember. Lee moved to The Bronx to study literature in college and immediately fell in love with the culture and sense of community she felt there.
