Amanda Celestino

Amanda is a proud native New Yorker. Editor of Edible Bronx magazine, Amanda is a Fordham University and French Culinary Institute alum—a writer, editor, recipe developer and a self-proclaimed Bronxophile. She's dedicated to shining a light on one of her favorite boroughs by supporting small businesses, connecting people through food and culture narratives, and fighting food injustice—one article, community garden and compost pile at a time.

When she’s not working in our South Bronx office, you can find Amanda at a local farmer’s market geeking out over seasonal produce, writing impassioned letters to local political representatives, hangin' out with her dogs Luca and Oliver and exploring the culinary and cultural offerings of New York City.
