Amanda Celestino

Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Edible Bronx Magazine.

Amanda is a native New Yorker, Fordham U girl, culinary school graduate, writer, editor, creative director, recipe developer, amateur photographer, seasoned ‘chef’ and a self-proclaimed 'Bronxophile.' She is dedicated to shining a light on one of her favorite boroughs—supporting small, independent businesses, connecting people through food stories, fighting food injustice and waste—one article, CSA and compost pile at a time.

When she’s not working, you can find Amanda at a farmer’s market geeking out over seasonal produce, at a dog park with her two dogs Luca and Oliver or exploring the culinary and cultural offerings of New York City.
