Bailey Provetto

Bailey Provetto founder of Tasty Ladies New York has been a restaurant and food critic for the past 13 years. Her quirky reviews have drawn many followers on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Instagram, Best.com and Facebook. She also has her own website at Tastyladiesny.com.

As a member of AFJ, (Association of Food Journalists), she abides by a strict code of ethics while reviewing many restaurants in the New York area, especially her hometown, The Bronx. 

When not dining, she's an avid cook as well! Taking many culinary courses here and in Florida, even with the Disney chefs! 

She has hosted many cooking classes with the local CSA and also judged and hosted many events, from food fairs to restaurant weeks, ribbon cuttings for restaurants and food pantries to even hosting a  Coquito contest! 

Her latest mission is to raise awareness of all things related to food and drink with her year old group, "Food Friends of the Bronx" which is an interactive Facebook group that shares tips on shopping, gardening, cooking, restaurants and the latest food trends. 

"I am very passionate about food, from the point that it's planted or caught to the preparation of the dish. I am very honest with my readers and will celebrate and endorse great chefs and restaurants when deserved". 

Bailey Provetto was awarded the "Bronx Times Reporter's 25 Influential Woman of 2013".
