Spiced Apple Cocktail

A simple cocktail that perfectly balances booze and the prized fruit of the fall, the apple. 



2oz Chivas Extra

1 Dash of bitters

Half a squeeze fresh lime

2 1/2 oz apple cider

Freshly grated nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon, for garnish

1 teaspoon sugar, for garnish



Mix all liquors well

Rim the glass with cinnamon and sugar mixture

Garnish with an apple slice, cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg.
